Bright, Creative, Busy Minds with Generous Hearts in Transition 

Focus on your present reflections, dilemmas and aspirations requires flushing up "what is", exploring "what might be", honing "what matters" and experimenting with "what brings this to life and makes it sustainable" is the crux of most of the work I do with clients.  Organic conversation, techniques to support your processing and ability help you tune in to your experience and wisdom allows movement and often relief.  Being with loss, grief and sorrow is sometimes essential in the mix.

• Professionals, executives and creative, intuitive folks 40 years+ make up 90% of my individual client base.
• I meet virtually and in-person when geographically possible. Local meetings are in Central Florida and many clients enjoy meeting in nature to do this work.  Customized timing and pacing is key to offer the flexibility to integrate this work into life.

      Group Work 

SMALL GROUPS AND TEAMS are my focus. Facilitation, customized training and exploration of what is seeking resolution, begins with deep listening. I cultivate an environment to generate what the group needs to find movement, cohesion and often healing.      

Creating enough safety to cut through the need for protection and address core issues gets to the crux, to offer openings.  Then we work together to co-create solutions.  Peace building and reconciliation may be part of the ability to hear each other to collaborate. 

STORY CIRCLES is an offering I utilize to disarm judgement and increase curiosity and compassion.  This can shift individual and mutual narratives.
